Step 3: In order to create a new account or register as a new user, the applicant need to click on the New User, Register Now button.

Step 20: The applicant needs to make online payment and select the nearest PSK at your city. In order to make the payment, the applicants can make use of three modes of payment. One is debit or credit card, internet banking and the final mode of payment is through SBI Bank Challan.
